If necessary we can assist, advise and make recommendations regarding basic financial decisions.
If you require support in drafting or amending governing documents, for example, memorandum and articles of association or constitution we can facilitate this type of work. Typically we will do this for groups that are interested in looking at charitable or CASC (Community Amateur Sports Club) status, and in steering a client this direction we will identify the additional responsibilities that trustees will undertake in these roles. We make the application to HMRC on behalf of the client thus ensuring that all requirements are fulfilled.
