What we can do for community groups.
We have recognised that many groups working in the community require some support at an administration level, allowing them to concentrate on doing what they do best. That’s where we come in; we’re not in the business of telling people how to do their jobs, what we strive to do is allow them to do it better, by taking some of time-consuming tasks away from them.
Every organisation is different and can identify what areas they need support in. We take their lead to support them where appropriate, but typically with a community group we will provide support around their core funding. Additionally we can identify other funding sources to run relevant programs or assist with capital projects, work on tendering opportunities, provide training for staff or simply look at operational running costs with the focus on saving money.
The one thing that remains consistent is that we help to build capacity, the work always gets done and deadlines are never missed. Providing this comfort for our clients allows them to turn their organisational objectives into deliverable outcomes.
