Craigavon Borough Council - Copius Consulting are presently an integral cog in the administering 3 elements of the Southern Peace Cluster, Investing in our Future through, Craigavon Borough Council. These programmes include a consortia programme, a training and development, and creativity and expression projects, targeting young people aged 11-25 across interface areas in the Southern cluster. By enabling the local communities to demonstrate the impact these programmes have on their residents, community capacity is enhanced and longer term benefits can be demonstrated, resulting in further programmes and investment in these areas.
Newtownabbey Borough Council - Copius Consulting recognise the bureaucratic burden that monitoring and evaluation can pose for voluntary groups. Accordingly, Copius have striven to develop a structure whereby mountains of paper can be removed and more interactive and more innovative means of capturing both quantitative and qualitative information explored. This approach is being used in the delivery of the CAN Peace III Cluster, Cultural Awareness and Relationship Building programme, as well as a monitoring scheme for the recipients of the local small grants in the CAN area.
Result: By enabling these organisations to accurately capture the quantitative and qualitative data in their programme delivery, local communities can deliver meaningful change and create leadership and legacies for lasting difference at a grassroots level
